Root Beer Float cupcakes.!  Fun for the summer, picnic, BBQ or just because.  They are very good.  Both have root beer filling and one has a vanilla buttercream and the other with vanilla ice cream.  I prefer the ice cream since a traditional root beer float has ice cream in it, but both are good.  I found the recipe from http://www.howsweeteats.com/2011/04/hot-fudge-root-beer-float-cupcakes/.  If you decide to make these, which I will again, I suggest adding an ADDITIONAL  1-2 tsp of root beer extract to the batter as well as double the frosting recipe, one for the root beer filling and one for the buttercream frosting on top, unless you go with ice cream.  I will also be adding an additional 1-2 tsp of root beer extract for the filling, but I like strong flavor cupcakes.
