While on Pinterest.com (my favorite website) I found this “BEST-EVER
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies” recipe from Apple A Day
blog and with a title like that, I had try. The interesting thing about these cookies,
which I had never seen or heard of was it called for a tsp of cornstarch. They came out very chewy, moist and
fluffy.
